Valerie is obsessed with accelerating social change at the intersection of human performance, bridging gender gaps, empowering women and forming diverse connections. Her expertise spans 15 years of global citizenship on 3 different continents; the UK, U.A.E, and South Africa building and empowering global communities as a project manager, human capital expert and coach. Valerie is certified in life Coaching and NLP, and is a leadership and recruitment expert focusing on women of impact.
As an expatriate she’s worked on migration of call centers from the UK to India, led data analytics projects for major FMCG clients in Europe; worked with emerging market entrepreneurs to restructure their businesses, recruitment and sales strategy, headed up HRM strategy in Dubai and continues to initiate programs for women and youth. As well as championing the cause to create a platform for the next generation of women, bridging gender gaps and breaking toxic social belief systems, revising recruitment and sales strategies for Contact centers, Valerie supports young people who are starting out in their careers by offering counseling/mentoring services on a pro bono service to youth at various institutes.
Valerie is the Vice President of WallStreet Coaching and charters Womenairesociety- the non-profit arm of WallStreet Coaching - where she’s spearheading a coaching fellowship program called “Powering up a new Generation of Women” #PNGW. Valerie is also a multiple best-selling international author.
