  2. The Mentee agrees that taking part in the WomenaireSociety mentoring program is entirely at the Mentee's own risk. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the Mentee as a result of advice from a Mentor is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the Mentee and is neither the responsibility nor liability of WomenaireSociety or of the Mentor.
  3. WomenaireSociety is not responsible or liable for the results/outcomes achieved by the Mentee as these are not within WomenaireSociety’s control. The Mentee is fully responsible for his/her results.
  4. By accepting this agreement, the Mentee agrees to hold WomenaireSociety free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results that the Mentee considers of adverse consequence or effect as a result of any information, guidance or referral by a Mentor.
